MyVetServices.com was launched in April 2020 during the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic. I had to take my dog to the vet and was shocked at the situation that had arisen due to the public health crisis. A simple visit to the animal hospital took over 3 hours of waiting in my car and more than 6 phone calls back and forth to complete. Clinic staff were so busy some phone calls went unanswered and frustration grew inside and outside the building. I decided there had to be a better way. A way to help both clinic staff and the client. My Vet Services was created to streamline the process for veterinarians by adding mobile check-in, payment, and messaging options as well as online prescription refill requests. As we happily settle out of the pandemic way of thinking, smart animal hospitals are realizing their clients like the mobile check-in option and appreciate knowing their place in line. So My Vet Services is adapting to a post pandemic lifestyle with even more services to help.
Skyhound Internet has been providing clients with creative and innovative website design, custom web development, and e-commerce solutions since 1998.
