When using our service you can also see your place in line and request prescription refills, if offered by your veterinary clinic. This check-in option is especially helpful during the current public health crisis where patients are not allowed to enter most clinics.
To get started, scan the QR code at your clinic or enter the special mobile web address posted. Then select from options to check-in for a doctor visit, or a quicker visit for just a prescription refill pickup. Keep your mobile phone handy! Clinic staff will be able to send text messages to your phone to update you and help you through your appointment. Don’t worry; you’ll still speak with your doctor to discuss diagnosis and treatment options for your pet.
